What should I do if a relevant policy link does not open?
Do not assume an unavailable page means no conditions apply. Do not assume a cached copy is still the current version.
How can I describe the timing of an order issue accurately?
State whether the issue appeared before or after a particular action. Use concise entries when several related events need explanation.
How should I interpret words such as up to, from, or optional in an offer?
Keep relevant conditions alongside the feature in your comparison notes. Do not assume the most prominent number describes the option currently in your cart.
