What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?

Check whether a separate urgent channel is actually provided. Do not assume a deadline is extended because support is closed.

What should I clarify when the purchaser and intended recipient are different?

Avoid creating duplicate accounts without understanding the seller's process. Confirm which person will receive any resolution-related communication.

What should I compare between guest checkout and using an account?

Do not assume guest checkout is available for every purchase. Choose the available route that meets the product's requirements and your preferred way to manage the order.
